The Polished Floor & Carpet Company have an established reputation for providing an excellent service to our customers, some of whom have been with us for over 17 years! Our services include an end to end service starting from the estimating and measuring through to the final touches, including:
- Free estimating - we will visit your home to take essential measurements.
- Free samples from all our ranges of carpets, wooden flooring, vinyl flooring and natural flooring. Should we not have any available in the store we will order them for you.
- We will assess the suitability and specific fitting needs of your chosen flooring.
- We will work with you to help you achieve your exact flooring requirements whatever the style, budget or timescale. This may include working closely with builders, interior design teams and other businesses to ensure you end up with your dream finished product.
- We will ensure that the right craftsman completes the fitting in your home, and that the work is completed on time. We only use reliable, time served and fully qualified local fitters and hold full Public Liability Insurance.
- Finally, we are happy to uplift existing flooring and will always remove any waste, leaving your home clean and tidy.
